Gynaecology came first for Dr Sangita Manoj Kandoi - an MBBS from B.J. Medical College in 1994, then an MD in gynaecology and obstetrics from N.H.L. Medical College in 1998, both under Gujarat University. Certified laparoscopic surgery training came in mid-1998, alongside intensive microsurgery training for infertility management; in 2001 she took a Wadia Hospital course in obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound and fetal heart rate monitoring. Diplomas in aesthetic gynaecology and in aesthetic medicine and trichology followed. She works as senior consultant and cosmetologist at Dr Kandoi's Ashirwad Hospitals and at Beauty Laser Cosmetology Clinic on B Cabin Road, Ambernath (East). She holds life membership of FOGSI, the Indian Medical Association and the Thane Obstetrics and Gynecological Society.
